Unifying nine identities under a single narrative.

To celebrate 150 years of presence in Switzerland, the Crédit Agricole Group wanted to go beyond a simple anniversary film. The challenge was to reveal the coherence of a group made up of nine entities, which are still too often perceived as independent. We devised an emotional narrative that speaks first about people, their journeys, and their relationship with time, before naturally revealing the group's role in each of these life moments.

background

Present in Switzerland since 1876, the Crédit Agricole Group brings together nine entities with complementary expertise. For its 150th anniversary, it wanted to speak with a single voice to affirm its shared identity and strengthen its visibility among both internal and external audiences.

Objectives

Create a corporate film capable of conveying the group's strength without adopting the classic codes of the banking sector. The project had to unite nine entities, address a multilingual audience, and be produced within a short timeframe, with a controlled budget and a validation process involving numerous decision-makers.

The idea.

Talk about time to reveal the place the group occupies in every stage of life. Rather than presenting the business lines or subsidiaries one by one, we built a universal narrative around our relationship with time. A story carried by an inspiring voice-over, where each situation naturally illustrates a different need. The revelation of the group occurs gradually, transforming a succession of life moments into a demonstration of previously invisible complementarity. The film does not seek to convince through numbers, but through feeling.

The return Without detours

A huge thank you to everyone on the team who contributed to this project, in one way or another.

We're delighted with the result and with how the collaboration went throughout.

The genesis.

The reflex would have been to recount 150 years of history or to present the group's nine entities one after the other. But this approach would have increased complexity instead of simplifying it. We chose to start from a universal truth: everyone has a different relationship with time. An idea human enough to immediately create a connection with the viewer.

As the narrative progresses, the various situations reveal the multiple ways in which the Crédit Agricole Group supports its clients. The expertise is never presented as a list of services, but as natural responses to life moments. This progression makes it possible to reveal the unity of the group without ever overstating it.

Solutions.

To meet the project's ambitions within a constrained budget and schedule, we designed a hybrid production combining shoots within the group's various entities and a selection of footage with a cinematic aesthetic. This approach allowed us to multiply the situations, locations, and points of view without compromising the quality of the film.

Every shot was designed to integrate naturally into the narrative. Special care was taken with lighting, framing, and the choice of anamorphic lenses to give the film a premium and timeless visual signature. The narration was then reinforced by an original voice-over. Finally, subtle graphic elements accompanied the revelation of the group's nine entities without breaking the viewer's immersion.
